2011 is truly the year of the 3DTV. Every manufacturer has their own 3DTV, and many have more than one. When it comes to 3DTVs, 2011 models have a great deal to offer. The technology has gone from completely brand new, with all the flaws that being completely brand new entails, to beginning to be established as the new kind of television that everyone will eventually have. I’m going to tell you about the features you can expect to see on the 3DTVs of 2011, and give you a few tips on what TVs you should have your eye on.
One thing all 3DTVs have in common so far is size. They all seem to be largely in the 50+ inch range, which is really to be expected. After all, who really wants to go to all the trouble of watching a 3D movie only to do it on a tiny screen?
