There are many LCD HDTVs currently being sold in the market, and deciding what to buy can be difficult. The Samsung LN46C630 is one of those available TVs, but it has many features that make it worthy of consideration.
Clear Motion Rate and AllShare
The TV has 120 Hz clear motion rate technology. In simple terms, this means the smooth image is retained even if the action on the screen is fast. Samsung’s AllShare is included in this unit. This handy feature lets you sync and integrate the whole household with the unit.
The DLNA connection can be wireless or wired. Either connection will let you stream video and PC audio into the TV. You can do this using the remote control.
Screen Size and Colors

The Game Mode of the Samsung LN46C630 is designed especially for gamers. This setting will sharpen dark areas and provide enhancements to the picture. Game Mode accelerates the processing of images. The sounds are also augmented to make the gaming experience truly immersive.
BD Wise
This feature will automatically set the TV and all the components to the best sound and image quality setting possible. This is a handy feature for those who just want to sit down and start watching or playing games.
Technical Specifications
The TV is Energy Star compliant; it is 43% more energy efficient over the minimum requirements. The unit supports second audio program (SAP) and the multichannel sound (MTS). The channel capacity is 181. The TV is also capable of generating natural sound effects.
The HDMI connections are four, (3 at the back and 1 at the side). The HDMI connection simplifies the process of hooking up the home theater to a component. The Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) allows AV devices to be managed by the TV’s own remote control.
There are also two USB connections and 1 PC input. Minus the TV stand, the unit measures 43.7 x 26.4 x 3.2 inches (W x H x D) and weighs 39.7 lbs. With the TV stand, the measurements are 43.7 x 28.9 x 10.8 inches (W x H x D).
Finally, viewing on the Samsung LN46C630 is easy on the eyes thanks to the matte screen. This eliminates the glare present in other TVs. Its superior clear motion rate makes it ideal for sports fans, but really it is a good choice for anyone who wants to enjoy clear, crisp TV viewing.
